What credentials are needed to enter the event?
No Physical Tickets: No physical tickets will be issued for the event. Instead, upon arrival at the event, attendees will scan a QR code, and show the confirmation screen at the registration desk for entry. This is required for entry and obtaining a certificate of completion after the event
What is the event attire?
Casual attire is recommended.
Can I receive continuing education credits for attending The Phoenix Project?
The Phoenix Project will provide content and resources that will enhance participants’ knowledge of mental health assistance. Please check with your peer support coordinator to see if your attendance at The Phoenix Project will count towards peer support training hours. Certificates of Completion will be made available after the event.

Can I bring my spouse to the event?
Yes, it is important that your spouse also gains knowledge of the services and resources available. To encourage more first responders to have their spouses join them at the event, we have created a discounted registration for a Single Registration + Spouse.
What methods of payment do you accept for registration?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers and Google Pay. If you need to be invoiced for a large group registration, please contact Ben Leonard at [email protected].
Will there be resources available onsite that I can receive information from?
Yes, local resources will have tables setup in the foyer. There will be opportunities for attendees to stop by the resource tables throughout the event.
Is there a fee to park at the event venue?
Parking at X Church is free.
